You may visit SFEAH’s website anonymously.
When you sign up for SFEAH, we require your email address as part of allowing you to access SFEAH and to contact you about any important changes to your account. We may also collect your first and last name, company name, address and phone number(s) to display on your documents and reports.
As we process requests from our mobile app, browser, sync manager, or any other device that SFEAH can be used from, we may use and store additional information, such as your IP address and the device you are using.
How We Use Your Data
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To personalize your experience – Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
To process transactions – Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
To send periodic emails – The email address you provide to us will be used to send you information and updates about SFEAH. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include
Customer service – We will use the information you provide to deliver customer services related to your SFEAH account and to respond to inquiries or requests that you direct to us. Your data will not be added to any marketing lists unless you have consented to this, and will only be shared with third parties where we have appointed them to manage specific aspects of your customer care.
Direct marketing – We may use the details you share with us to send you offers and promotions by email wherever we have legitimate interest grounds to do so and where you have not objected. We will provide a way for you to opt-out of receiving marketing promotions both at the time of data capture and every time we contact you thereafter. How We Keep Your Data Secure
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We have use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Data

Where you sign up to receive email marketing from us we will retain your email address after you ‘opt-out’ of receiving emails to ensure that we continue to honor and respect that request. Right of Access
You may, at any time, request access to the personal data that we hold which relates to you (you may have heard of this right being described as a “subject access request”). Please note that this right entitles you to receive a copy of the personal data that we hold about you to enable you to check that it is correct and to ensure that we are processing that personal data lawfully. It is not a right that allows you to request personal data about other people, or a right to request specific documents from us that do not relate to your personal data. You do not have to fill in a specific form to make this kind of request.
Your Right to Rectification and Erasure
You may, at any time, request that we correct personal data that we hold about you which you believe is incorrect or inaccurate.
You may also ask us to erase personal data if you do not believe that we need to continue retaining it (you may have heard of this right described as the “right to be forgotten”).

If you want us to replace inaccurate data with new data, you should tell us what that new data is. You do not have to fill in a specific form to make this kind of request.

Because of the kind of work that we do and the systems that we use, we do not envision this right being particularly relevant to most individuals with whom we interact. However, if you wish to transfer your data from us to a third party we are happy to consider such requests.

At this time, SFEAH has no automated decision-making tools. Any marketing materials or processing exercised on your account is based on the country you are in and the plan you have selected.

We comply with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
